Eleve PDF is a PDF reader, notes, revision, and custom form app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app stores and how it is used.
Information Stored On Your Device
The app may store PDFs you import, document names, categories, tags, extracted PDF text, notes, highlights, drawings, circle marks, important points, custom notes, and app settings on your phone. This local data is used to provide PDF reading, search, notes, annotation, and revision features.
Information Stored Online
If you create and publish a custom form, the form definition and submitted responses may be stored in Firebase services connected to Eleve PDF. This allows shared form links to open in a browser and allows you to view responses in the app.
How Information Is Used
- To open, organize, and search PDF files.
- To save notes, annotations, and important points.
- To create and share custom forms.
- To collect and display form responses.
- To improve app reliability and user experience.
Data Sharing
Eleve PDF does not sell your personal information. Form links and PDF sharing actions are controlled by you. If you share a form link, anyone with that link may be able to fill the form.
Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app. Online form data remains in Firebase until deleted by the app owner or by a deletion request.
Children
Eleve PDF is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child submitted personal information through a form, request deletion using the page below.

Account Deletion
Eleve PDF currently does not require user account login. See Account Deletion Information for details.
