Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request deletion of online data connected to Eleve PDF, including public form data and form responses stored through Firebase.
Local Data On Your Phone
PDFs, notes, annotations, and custom notes stored locally can be removed inside the app or by uninstalling the app. Local device data is not automatically deleted from your phone by this website.
Online Form Data
If you published a form or submitted a form response and want related online data deleted, send a deletion request.

Include the following details:
- Your name.
- The form link or form title, if available.
- The email/phone/name used in the form response, if any.
- What you want deleted: form, response, or all related online data.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible. You may be asked for information needed to identify the data.
What May Be Deleted
- Public form definitions created from the app.
- Form responses submitted through shared form links.
- Related online records that can be identified from your request.
